Welcome to Bogey Bay, our newest custom pool located at the prestigious Landfall Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. Designed with both relaxation and sophistication in mind, this pool offers a clean, modern aesthetic while blending seamlessly into its elegant golf course surroundings.
Bogey Bay features a sleek glass fence that provides safety without sacrificing views, creating an open, unobstructed feel throughout the space. The layout includes a sun shelf with a 10-inch depth, perfect for lounging in the shallow water, along with a gentle slope from 3.5 feet to 6 feet—ideal for everything from a refreshing dip to low-impact exercise.
Material selections were carefully chosen to reflect both luxury and coastal charm. The tile selection is NPT Barbados Aqua, a vibrant blue with soft tonal variation that catches light beautifully. Marmiro Grano coping lines the pool’s edges, delivering a clean and modern finish that pairs effortlessly with the surrounding hardscape. The interior is finished with Signature Matrix Laguna Blue plaster, which gives the water a crisp, inviting tone. For the patio, we used Savannah Stone Old World Tabby Oyster Sand pavers, adding texture and warmth while maintaining a timeless, coastal aesthetic.
